D&RGW Box car 3231 photos

These photos were taken in about 1993 in Chama, New Mexico. Some of these photos can actually be used as scale drawings. The black and white painted carpenter's square in the photos has the black and white changing on the one foot marks. On the long end of the square, the black and white stripes are both one inch wide. On the short end of the square, the inside white stripe is 1/2" and the outside black strip is one inch.

Note that 3231 is missing the roof walk in this photo.

In this picture of 3231, the pieces of steel hanging from the fascia are actually upside down. They would support the outer end of the roof walk.
